Server data
When you visit this website, your browser automatically transmits data to our hosting provider’s server for technical reasons (server log files): browser type and version, operating system, the previously visited page (referrer URL), the pages accessed, date and time of access, and the IP address. This data is not combined with other data.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the security, stability and functionality of the website. Log files are deleted after seven days at the latest, unless they are needed to investigate a security incident.
No cookies, no tracking
This website uses no cookies, no analytics or advertising services and embeds no third-party content (such as fonts, maps or videos from external providers). All fonts and graphics are delivered from our own server. A cookie banner is therefore not required.
Contact enquiries
If you contact us by email, we process your details to handle and answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We delete this data once your enquiry has been fully answered, unless statutory retention obligations apply, for example if an assignment follows.
Contract processing
Data you provide to us in the course of an assignment is processed to fulfil the contract; without it, working together is not possible. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. After the assignment is completed, we delete the data in compliance with tax and commercial retention periods.
