Projekt und IT Strategie Review“ Entwickeln einer Risikoanalyse mit Lösungs-vorschlägen zur Verbesserung der kritischen Projektsituation. Assessment und Umsetzung der digitalen Transformation“; Im Rahmen eines initialen Assessments sollen die Eckpunkte für dieses Transformationsprogramm geprüft und zur Entscheidung gebracht werden. So muss z.B. die bestehende IT vorbereitet, die Interaktion mit Gruppe verbessert und ein Eco-System geschaffen werden, dass eine effiziente digitale Transformation mit den richtigen Partnern ermöglicht. Die Umsetzung der neuen Unternehmenswerte durch Vorbild und Coaching ist ein weiteres zentrales Ziel dieses Programms.

Integrierte Produktion und Planung“: Im Rahmen der Neuausrichtung des Unternehmens von einer anonymen Lagerfertigung zu einer kundespezifischen Auftragsfertigung muss als zentraler Baustein die Produktion und Planung tiefer in die Unternehmensabläufe integriert werden. Dabei ist unter anderem auch die IT von den Maschinensteuerungen bis ins Management Reporting zu automatisieren und umzubauen. An ca.10 Standorten weltweit soll dieses umfangreiche digitale Transformationsprogramm die Bereiche Organisation, Prozesse und IT mittels agiler Projektansätze verändern.
